BLAINE, Minn. --St. Scholastica scored the first five goals of the game and outshot Concordia by a 43-15 margin in the contest en route to a 6-3 victory.

With the victory, St. Scholastica claimed the title for the four-team North Rink bracket. Dustin Sieben scored two goals -- the first and last goals of the game -- and added an assist to lead the Saints. Shawn Bartlette scored a goal and added two assists, while Joey Martini, Joey Hughes and Curtis Markewich added the other St. Scholastica markers. Kelly Reynolds had three assists, with A.J. Tucker adding two assists.

Carl Babich, Aaron Bruggeman and Matt Cosmos scored goals for Concordia, with Mike Vlasak, Brice Berggren and Chris Babich adding assists.

Steve Bounds made 12 saves in goal to score the win for St. Scholastica, while Josh Hand took the loss for Concordia, making 12 saves in the first period. Mike Dowers played the second and third periods for Concordia, making 25 saves.
