An article in the Concordian described the proposed auditorium-gymnasium. It would have the same kind of architecture as Fjelstad Hall. The building would contain a swimming pool, a large stage, big enough to serve as an auxiliary gym, regulation-size playing floor, two handball courts, roller skating rink and numerous other rooms and offices. For basketball games the seating capacity would be 2,500 and as an auditorium the capacity would be 3,500.
